I only accept Paypal at this time, please be sure to pay for your order at check out time! 9-1/4% sales tax will be collected from all customers that live within the state of Tennessee.
Shipping
Orders shipped within the U.S. states and U.S. territories will be sent via United States Postal Service, and they will be insured and tracked. At checkout, you may select USPS ground or Priority mail and the amount will be added to your order in Paypal. Once your payment is received, your order will usually ship within 2 to 3 business days!
Please note that your order will be shipped to the address that is listed on your Paypal account unless you notify me! If your purchase is a gift for someone special and needs to be sent to another address, please email me with the information just to be sure! I always try to check the "message to seller", but it's always a good idea to send an email also! You may email me using the form listed on the Contact page which you will find under my shop banner on all pages!

Refunds and Exchanges
Customer service and a quality product are my goals; I really want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your order, contact me right away. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item, which is intact and re-sellable. Returns must be received within 14 days of you receiving your order. Please note that for health reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Shipping charges will not refunded.

I am an email friendly shop and will reply to any questions you have usually within 24 hours! Please note that I am not available on Sundays, as this is a day of rest and family time for us.
Custom orders are always welcome and I will do my best to create what you have requested within the budget you have to work with! I work mainly with these items: sterling silver, copper, Swarovski crystals and semi-precious stones. I have a large selection of these items in stock, and access to much more locally and worldwide, so your order can be created quickly!
Most custom orders will be shipped within 7 to 14 days after payment is received (or less). If I have a problem getting a specific supply needed to complete the order, I will contact you so that you are aware of any delays!
Also, I will be sure to post a picture of your custom order in my Flickr account so you will be able to see your item before it is sent and we can both feel confident that your special order is correct!
