Chocolate Banana Smoothie 08/10/2010
This delicious shake is a wonderful way to add some soy and fruit to your diet! It is also a great way to start your day! 1 frozen banana 1 c. soy vanilla milk 1/4 c. silken tofu 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder 1 Tablespoons honey 1/2 c. ice Blend soy milk, silken tofu, cocoa powder and honey. Continue blending while adding frozen banana and ice. Blend until mixed well, pour and enjoy!
